Biography
Michael Dourson has a PhD in toxicology from the University of Cincinnati, College of Medicine, and is a board-certified toxicologist (i.e., DABT) serving as the Director of Science at the 501c3 nonprofit organization Toxicology Excellence for Risk Assessment (TERA). Prior to this, he was Senior Advisor in the Office of the Administrator at the US EPA. Before this, he was a Professor in the Risk Science Center at the University of Cincinnati, College of Medicine and also worked at TERA and US EPA. He has been awarded the Arnold J. Lehman award from the Society of Toxicology, the International Achievement Award by the International Society of Regulatory Toxicology and Pharmacology, and 4 bronze medals from the U.S. Environmental Protection Agency. He has been elected as a Fellow of the Academy of Toxicological Sciences (i.e., FATS) and as a Fellow for the Society for Risk Analysis (i.e., FSRA).

Biography
Jaime Senabre is Psychologist and Environmental Consultant. He completed doctoral studies in the Department of Personality, Evaluation and Psychological Treatment of the UNED. He is Chief of Brigade in a Forest Fire Service with more than 20 years of experience. He collaborates with several companies and institutions in the area of training in Psychology in Emergencies and Human Resources. He is Professor at the University of Valencia in the Master in "Intervention and operational coordination in emergencies and catastrophes" and other postgraduate courses on emergencies. He is Director and President of the International Scientific-Professional Committee of the National Symposium on Forest Fires (SINIF). He has lectured internationally and has been part of the Organizing Committee of several International Congresses on Earth Sciences and Climate Change. He is part of the Editorial Board of several international scientific journals. He has published articles on forest fires, stress, psychosocial risks and emotional trauma, mainly in relation to emergency services and natural disasters. Currently, he is assigned to the Research Group on "Climate and Territorial Planning" (University of Alicante), where he researches on the social perception of forest fire risk and behavior in the event of possible disasters.

Biography
Dr. Degarmo, a full professor at Southern Illinois University since 2016 and research associate for the Applied Research Institute in Jerusalem since 2011. Dr. Degarmo transitioned into the roles of assistant professor, associate professor, and now full professor in the department of political science at Southern Illinois University, where she teaches various courses in international relations since 2000. Her expertise consists of international security with a focus on nuclear era and security in the Middle East. She has also been a facilitator for the foreign policy's great decisions program at the university since 2001. Dr. Degarmo previously spent several years as a department chair of the political science department at her current place of employment. A recipient of numerous research grants over the years, she has also received numerous awards for her contributions, including a Black Heritage Month Salute to the Stars Award in 2013, a Meridian Award for 2011 and 2012, and a Dr. Martin Luther King Jr. Humanitarian Award in 2011, all granted by Southern Illinois University at Edwardsville. She has authored four books, including "The Geneva Conventions of 1949 and Their Protocols: The Case of Israel" in 2016, as well as a number of book chapters, contributions to both encyclopedias and professional journals, and undergraduate teaching manuals. Beyond those literary accomplishments, Dr. Degarmo has conducted over two dozen book and article reviews, and has served as a presenter and chair for many conference proceedings since 1994.
