Biography
A former Governing Body Fellow of Wolfson College Oxford, I am a Supernumerary Fellow of the College, and Senior Research Associate in the Department of Zoology. Professor Crabbe is an Honorary Professor at Changchun University of Science & Technology, China; Elected Chair of the Executive Committee 2016, and Distinguished Fellow of the International Engineering and Technology Institute; Vice-President and Fellow of the Institute of Marine Engineering, Science & Technology; a National Leader of Governance in the UK;Chair of Governors of Central Bedfordshire Further Education College; Honorary President of the Charity Access Ability Communications Technology (AACT), and an Advisor to the Open Futures Trust.
Research Interest
His research, spanning biomedical and environmental sciences, has resulted in over 135 publications in refereed International journals, 21 books and major book chapters, 14 items of commercial software, and numerous invitations as Plenary speaker at International conferences.
